note: In the circumstance an exchanged item is not in stock you will be refunded, if the item is a sale item you will be issued a store credit.
All returned items must be in an unworn & unwashed condition with original package and hang tags attached or items can not be accepted. It is an unlikely, unforeseen event that goods will be damaged but is important that you inspect your items.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com and explain to us why you are wanting to return your items, along with your full name and order number and we will process your request.
note: all shipping costs are your responsibility, we strongly suggest that you use a trackable method when sending your goods back to us.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After receiving your return, providing all items present as new, we will process your refund or exchange within 24hrs. please allow a few business days for refunds to appear back into your bank account.
It is unlikely we will send you faulty, defective or damaged items, but please get in contact with us if you happen to be the unlucky one who receives something damaged and we will promptly get this matter fixed for you without any hassles.
